Haha, the title is incredible.  Haven't read it since I stick to Qidian, but the description sounds great.  I read another psychiatric hospital novel before, so this would be right up my alley.

It's on Qidian and the protagonist is truly... unique.  Read at your own peril.  The power was too strong for my fickle mind, so I only read three hundred odd chapters.  Category is modern cultivation with a batshit protagonist.
