This is a naver series, so I don't think it's possible for WW to license this novel as Naver already has their own novel publishing platform 'Yonder'.

Nah, the licensing holder is not Naver but rather is Raon E&M, Naver is only a platform that they publish it just like as Cosyjuhye said
