megaautist Posted October 21, 2023 Share Posted October 21, 2023 normally, when you read a chapter to the end, your bookmark for that series is automatically updated to be the chapter you just read. locking a series' bookmark prevents this from happening, so it stays at the last chapter you read before you locked it.
