Unable to comment on any novel on the App

it's been a couple months since this started, i can't click on send comment because the button just isn't there...
i tried uninstalling already, changing from Top to New to Old makes the button appear but as soon as i click to write a comment the send button goes away again.

Ditch the app and use the website
