Request: setting to hide chapter headings

Hi

I have a request for a new setting.

A setting to remove chapter headings entirely (like blank text, not even blurred), or have them at the end of the chapter.

This is because, some chapter headings are quite descriptive of the contents of the chapter, even if they were not hidden. 

It would improve reading experience and engagement.
