Wait to unlock timer

The timer to reset the wait lock really needs to start on the first chapter unlocked and not the last.  It’s very annoying to unlock a chapter that normally releases 2 a day, but only has 1 today, while I have everything else unlocked already.  That means tomorrow I can’t freely read the 2 that come out….  Alternatively, let me abandon my useless free read and reset the counter.

Any chance of opening up the timer to say 20 hours instead on 23?  Would make it far more reasonable when adjusting schedules.
