Anyone know what happened to the novel "sword and shadow"?

I'm not asking because I want to read it, absolutely not. God no.

Every now and again I'd check back in on my review about how much I hated this thing. But apparently it's gone now? 

Just wondering what's up with it no longer being on the site, really.

 

Oh, and apparently it's still listed on the ebooks page? Odd. Definitely overpriced. Don't buy it even as a prank.
