The Website keeps going down

What is going on with your website?  It keeps going down.  I am getting the wheel of death am very dissatisfied. Also When I try to post in this forum it wants me to create a new profile when I already have one. Too many bugs that need to be fixed.

The new design has always been bad and it only gets worse with time. Takes several times longer to load a single page; uses a lot more memory than before; it's practically a waste of battery when I try to read on my phone; needs to be constantly online which means it uses a lot more data since I can no longer load a few chapters at a time to save money; just randomly disconnects when I try to load a chapter or post a comment. It's overall garbage.

I genuinely think they got ripped off by whoever they paid to make this and using something as generic as squarespace would've been better.
