Can’t read any chapters due to “ Importing binding name 'C' is not found.”

I’m on Microsoft Edge ios 15.7.9 iphone 7+, and since I began accessing chapters around 14 hours ago but maybe even before, I have been getting this error: 

Importing binding name 'C' is not found.

I’m not able to read any novel, although chapter unlocks still happen. When I click reload, I see the chapter load for a second or two before it’s replaced by the error. Sometimes the reload does nothing.
