Well, bad news for you. Many people have already recommended this to be licensed but the Wuxiaworld team has said that the publishers Joara don't want an official translation and are not willing to give the licence. So it's better to not keep any hope of this novel ever getting a proper translation.

To be honest, I'm not a fan of the author's work. I got bored while reading 'I gave up being stronger' and I didn't liked the manhwa of 'Youngest Son of the Renowned Magic Clan'. So, I don't plan on checking this out. 

I'm really liking the 'Regressor can make them all' and I will be interested to read a regression story similar to this one in quality.

I haven't read the novel but it's manhua was one of the first Chinese fiction that I read. And it was fun. But it's been couple of years since I stopped reading the manhua.

I don't think there is any official translation. But the fan translation is really good except the ending arc which mtl. I remember I used to wait for the chapter release everyday.

This is the reason I fear reading fan translations. WW really need to try licensing this novel. I haven't seen any other thread with so much engagement.

This is a nice read. Nothing unique but can be read when there is nothing to read. I'm liking the manhwa more than the novel to be honest.

But it's on Radish. As a guy, I don't even feel like opening that app. It would be better to move that novel to Wuxiaworld where it will get the proper audience.

I haven't read the 'My Civil Servant Life Reborn in a Strange World' novel but have read the manhwa and didn't like it. It just feels like a Japanese novel. And the synopsis for this novel doesn't give much info but does sound good.

Absolute Necromancer, Trapped in the Tower and Climbing the Tower that even the Regressor Couldn't are better IMO.

I have read the Absolute Necromancer manhwa and it's pretty good. But it just feels like a copy paste of Second Life Ranker. And can't say much about the other two titles as I haven't read those manhwas.
