  1. Tip. Stay away from anything that has "[독점]"(meaning exclusive) in the title of a novel serialized on Naver Series(series.naver.com), as it is highly likely that the secondary IP rights are owned by Naver(as you can see by how the webtoon adaptation is on webtoons.com - also a company owned by Naver) You're going to make MasterLonai cry
  2. Author is Park Gun, who also wrote "Above Your Head" and "D.I.O". Doubt it will happen
  3. This, I have no idea what it could be useful for... but cool! Hopefully, humankind can crack the DNA code fully one day. Oh gosh, I smell a rule 34 with all that tech involved... loneliness has been a problem already, if anything, I think AI could help us become more sociable. I've always wandered something about 3D construction printing. If they ever intend to build taller and taller buildings, how are they going to solve the problem of structural integrity? I'm pretty sure 3D printing steel beams into a house is not a good idea...
  4. Here's some skepticism from me, because a synopsis will always sound great. The author is SAN.G, who has written <Tomb Raider King> and <Return of the Disaster-Class Hero>, and reviews about these two novels constantly mention one-dimensional, "ruthless" MC who actually can't think for himself, and just goes around getting every little thing he wants to get with very little to no challenge at all. Based on the synopsis, I don't think the author has changed the personality of the MC, and while racism won't be a problem because of the isekai-esque worldbuilding, I hardly see a difference between this novel and his two previous works. Just my two cents. Don't take it seriously.
  5. Can I mention a character from an upcoming wuxiaworld novel? Okay, jokes aside, this looks really neat. I might use it for reference for something I'm working on... I hope my GPD Win Mini arrives soon so I can play it As for my favorite character, I know it's not Wuxia (or even Xianxia for that matter), but my pick would be Mu Chen from <The Great Ruler>. I like him because he's never overly arrogant, as in, he never tries to intimidate his enemy with his glib tongue (...). He just quietly forges his path ahead. It's always nice to see a character filled with confidence, but does not act arrogant.
  6. Sounds very interesting. You're right, we can already do this with digital pianos and (maybe) electric guitars, so I don't see what's stopping "digital violins(strings)" with the same set of features from existing. And like you say, I'm always open to more accessibility! From what I've seen Wi-Fi 6 and 6E routers/access points weren't really consumer friendly in terms of price. Hopefully, the advent of Wi-Fi 7 will make the older tech cheaper...
  7. A tech section! My favorite. Personally, I'm a huge tech geek, so I get very excited when new tech products are announced. What kind of tech makes you the most excited? It can be something that's coming in the future. Personally, I'm really looking forward to on-device AI capabilities, which seems to be the new big thing in all chipmakers. Though, with how the Pixel 8/8 Pro's allegedly 'on-device' AI turned out lately... I'll be holding my judgement. Imagine the possibilities! ChatGPT(I know, it won't be as powerful) on your phone! Artificial image generation (lewds) on your phone! ...ehem. Back to the question. What technology makes you "Oh, that sounds cool, I want that"? And why?
  8. My history, as well as EER/Last on Earth's history with Radish, is kinda complicated... I'll just say, wuxiaworld has my full support in whatever it does with that novel.
  9. It's under a different title. I'm not going to promote anything Yonder here, so your best bet should be to look up the author's name on the platform.
  10. Gut feeling. Whichever you feel like you're reading more of
  11. What novels do you mostly read? The translation of Chinese novels, or Korean novels, and what's your reason? The novels don't have to be limited to those from Wuxiaworld, but I've left out other languages such as Japanese because Wuxiaworld only has novels from these two languages (for now...). Well, I'll go first, but I'm a Korean translator so I'm biased... I read novels from both languages, but I primarily read Korean, because I'm a native and there's a more diverse selection of novels I can choose from. Still, I have read a LOT of Chinese novels, and in fact, I was introduced to Chinese novels first (despite being of Korean descent) in the form of Douluo Dalu 1 (Anybody still remember Tang San?), and I followed Coiling Dragon and Desolate Era when Ren was still translating them.
