Cultivation Key Login Rewards Inconsistencies

Hello,

We truly apologize for this inconvenience. Our technical team had confirmed this issue and the resolution has been deployed which may take time to reflect on our systems. Users who logged in on the 4th or 7th day only received 3 keys instead of the specified number of keys for that day. Please create a ticket through our Service Desk with your missed streak screenshots, username, and email, so we can check your account and add the missed Cultivation Keys.

Hello,

The daily streak issue was fixed yesterday. We will work on automatically restoring the missing keys for all affected users. Expect the key balances to be updated within the next 24 hours. We hope this minimizes the inconvenience for all our users.
