Price mismatch then lost my site credit

I was trying to purchase some advanced chapters, got declined with the message price mismatch, refreshed the page and went to try again only to see that I no longer have any site credit. To elaborate, I was trying to purchase the $10 tier of nshba with $5 site credit and the rest through paypal
