illegal character U+FFFD

My phone has no problem with this site, but when I try to load it with my phone I can see the main menu fine, but any time I try to look at series, bookmarks, or even chapters I've already read I just get an error message, and told that the specifics are:

"illegal character U+FFFD"

Any idea what's going wrong here? I need my daily fix and it's more fun for me to read on a big screen rather than on my phone!
