Had a 405 Method not Allowed problem with Orion browser

I am not able to reproduce now but I am reporting hoping a dev will still see the code that can cause this issue and possibly fix. I wasn't able to save the hydration data or get screenshots, but it seems to think I am sending a POST request when in fact, it's supposed to be a GET request to the homepage. I encountered this a few minutes ago, I am not able to see it now that I tried to login to WuxiaWorld with another browser (Chrome). Hoping this is still helpful detail.

Browser: Orion Version 0.99.128.1-beta (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2)

I also got the 405 Method not allowed error, but my browser is Brave Browser. I also tried to open the site through Chrome but it still gave me the 405 error. Maybe it's also worth mentioning that I tried to access WW through my mobile android
