  • Ming Yue has got to be one of the cutest character ever in the book.  When Yuwei was pregnant with Ming Yue, it lasted for a little over 5 years because Yuwei was celestial immortal while Ji Ning was a fiendgod body refiner.  Apparently during the later years of Yuwei's prengancy, Ming Yue could already hear outside the belly and already knew what was going on, and even know the names of her parents.

In fact, because of her unique birth between a celestial immortal and fiendgod body refiner (and both the mother and father were human, unlike Youngflame Freak's circumstances where the mother was human and the father was a true fiendgod), when she was born, she was already look like a 4-5 year old, could talk, walk, and knew basic manners.  Surprisingly, when she was born, she had a Zifu level fiendgod body.  She also had a mark on her forehead that allowed her to control fire freely, giving her an innate disposition towards fire.

Turns out both Yuwei and Ji Ning were very strict parents. While they showered her with love, they made sure she was disciplined properly.  Because she could control fire freely, she used it often to pull pranks on the immortal cultivators of the Ji clan.  She even played it on her parents, Uncle White, Autumn Leaf, Little Qing, etc. But one day she accidentally lit the hair of one of her mortal maids, putting her life in danger until Ji Ning saved her.

Ji Ning forced Ming Yue to kowtow there and made her acknowledge her error with Yuwei watching.  Ming Yue was smart, knowing if she admits her wrongdoings, her parents would be softhearted, but contrary to her thoughts, Ji Ning was willing to let her kowtow there for a whole day.  Eventually Ming Yue got so scared that when Uncle White, Little Qing, and Autumn Leaf walked passed her, she gave them her big bubbly pleading look eyes, but they all ignored her.  When she finally realized what she truly was done, she decided to keep her own power in check.

As the war against the Seamless Gate pressed on and with the death of her mother, Yuwei, Ming Yue became afraid that her father would also leave her alone.  When Ji Ning was to undergo his Empyrean God tribulation, she begged her dad to becareful because if he died, then she would be the only one left.

Later, when Ji Ning got the divine technique that allows him to have up to many clones.  One clone stayed with Ming Yue, raising her and disciplining her properly.  As Ming Yue grew up, she eventually came to look like Yuwei, and even got a taste of wearing black clothing just like Yuwei.  Ji Ning muses that Yu Wei appeared very cold and mysterious, while Ming Yue looks like a version of Yu Wei who looks more cheerful, warm, and endearing.

Eventually as the war gets harder, Ming Yue was only allowed to stay in Subhuti's crescent star abode major world.  When she reached a certain age, just like the young Ji Ning, she decided to go adventuring to temper herself (although not stated in the volume, I remember in one of the early volumes, how every Ji clan member, upon reaching a certain age, must adventure outside before returning back to the clan, I wonder if it's related to that?).  Surprisingly, although she got her looks from Yuwei, she definitely got her heart from her dad.  It got to the point that she fought against an evil sect and nearly destroyed it.  She got into dangers a few times but came out of it.  Uncle White and Little Qing were watching her secretly.  When they reported to Ji Ning what she did, Ji Ning told them to becareful she doesn't walk down the path of an immoral cultivator.

Ji Ning eventually tried to get Ming Yue to bring one of his clones with her, but Ming Yue refuses, wanting to go adventuring by herself (daddy is sad, maybe Ming Yue is in the rebellious phase?).  So Ji Ning decided to put his clone into a jade slab and have one of his friends "gift" the jade slab to Ming Yue so she can carry it around.  It works, so all this time that Ming Yue is adventuring, Daddy Ji Ning is there, acting like a shadow protector.

It turns out that Ming Yue's talent is not any weaker than Yuwei or Ji Ning, and being less than 400 years old, she overcomes her celestial tributlation and became a celestial immortal.  She also becomes more lovely, beautiful, and resembles a warmer more energetic version of Yuwei.  After she became a celestial immortal, she realizes the danger her father goes through in the war and decides to spend time with his clone on crescent star abode, having good father and daughter living while Ji Ning's true body, primal twin, and other clones are out fighting.

Eventually, when Ji Ning masters the Heavenly Dao of Water, and the prelude to the final struggle of destiny, he decides to take up the hobby of fishing, which even Ming Yue enjoys.  However during a fishing bout, Ji Ning caught more than 10 fish while she hasn't caught any.  Autumn Leaf teases her, saying that Ji Ning is catching so many fishes but she hasn't.  Eventually she called out that Daddy is cheating.  When Ji Ning chuckled and asked her why she thinks he is cheating, she replied that her womanly instincts told her that because he mastered the Heavenly Dao of Water, he is using it to catch fish easier.

After the war of the three realm, and Ji Ning has to leave the three realms because of a life source oath he made during his time in the moon lake (he has to leave the three realms in search of the Azure Palace), his daughter was heartbroken.  She didn't want her dad to go because she doesn't know when he'll be back.  Ji Ning console her, saying he will leave his Primal Twin at a mansion just outside the three realms, right at the gate to act as a gate guardian and she can visit him anytime.

That's as far as I read, but it's kind of cute how Ming Yue is.

  • Does Subhuti ever fight ?

Subhuti doesn't personally get involved in the war directly as a fighter.  It's because NuWa gave him a mission, that up to this very day, he follows: which is to save any remnant people and bring them into his three star crescent abode, should things turn for the worse.

He, however, is a main participator when Elder Yuan tries to take over the three realm, in which he uses his Divine Clone to bring an ancient flower that, upon being fed divine power and blooming would cause a detonation that would even harm ancestral gods.  He doesn't "fight" directly per se, but it was important that he detonate that flower near Elder Yuan, which caused his soul to be damaged.

  • During the war of Grand Xia world do we ever encounter anyone from the conclave helping defend the world?
  • During the war of Grand Xia world do we ever encounter anyone from the conclave helping defend the world?
They're all trash, no one progresses as fast as ning, so most side characters become a non factor and get written out of the story in like 2 volumes
  • Is there a dao for heartforce like a heart dao or something? And when heartforce is mentioned i think of spirit readers from swallowed star anyone else?
  • Is there a dao for heartforce like a heart dao or something? And when heartforce is mentioned i think of spirit readers from swallowed star anyone else?

I doubt there is.  What makes heartforce unique from typical Daos is that heart force comes from yourself, as oppose to gaining enlightenment of Daos that exist.  Which is why when in a void where the Dao cannot be felt (such as the Nihillian zone), heartforce can still be used.

    That's just my guess.

  • spirit readers need the inborn talent or born with it
heart force is what you can obtain

Not anymore but nobody know that.

And many daofathers/ God Ancestors in Seamless gate hated his guts(Most of the atrocitries SG commited were his ideas ) but refrained from taking him down due to his master.
  • Will there be traitors among the generals chosen by the Xia Emperor in this battle against seamless gate? Who are they and will they succeed?
  • What exactly is the bullshit reason Whitepole does not like Xia guy exactly?
It says it is super bullshit reason no one would usually care about.

Yes, emperyan god evergreen (that one that was initially supposed to be ning's master). He kills the person he loves (or she loves him, or both I forgot), and breaks down the formation.
  • which book and chapter does JN kill the guy who possessed old man yuan? im not asking for the fight at the end of book 23 im asking for the real body that is beyond the three realms.

  • When will he ask the 7 emp gods for help?
And how strong is he compared now to the average true immortal?
  • Why the freaking hell is Evergreen so conceited?
I mean at the current point of time Ning would have either mastered soul heart force or be a pure yang immortal since there is no other way he would be this strong so he would be power wise about Evergreens level and status wise even above him since how old is he like 100?
  • Because that is his Sword Heart, that's simply how he is and his path. Just like how Sword Immortal Northwalker wanted to live passionately for a day than 100 days where you're not.

    Common this is bs xD

I mean being proud as the base of his Sword Heart is one thing but being conceited in front of someone who is so much better than him and this even proven is just bs. Crimsodaofather should have just killed him a long time ago.

he's on the seamless gate's side so i doubt he'd respect the guy to kill whom the entire realmwar was started
  • Btw one thing I wanted to ask but always forget.

They compromised with seamless side at the end and they were not wiped out.
But what about all the traitors?
    Were they mentioned?
