Demon lord and Zhao Youlan?

Is Zhixiang still in Zhao Youlan's body?

Also, what was the three helps given by the Demon Lord to Meng Hao? There was stopping the attack palm from Lord Revelation, hindering Wang with the Dragon Legacy (I supposed it's him). But what was the last one? When Meng Hao fight Wang in the Reliance Sect he said that he helped him two time.

    Not sure about the Demon Lord thing, but Zhixiang left Zhao Youlan's body soon after the bridge arc. She formed her current body by herself.

    No, she parted with her body when she went to get the demon immortal body in the cistern. You'll find this out in 628 or 629.

    I am sure that she didn't departed her body at this moment: she said to her soul that she will borrow her body for 200 years (until the journey to demon immortal sect).
